‎ Pop-up store returns

Purchases made online can unfortunately not be returned or exchanged in our pop-up stores. Please see returns procedure below for online purchases.

Purchases made in the pop-up store must be returned in store in person, we cannot receive returns via post to our store or fulfilment centre.

ROI Deliveries

We endeavor to deliver all ROI orders within 1-2 working days*.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Thursday, should be delivered the next working day.

Orders placed before 2pm Friday - Sunday, should be delivered the following Tuesday.

*These delivery timeframes are a guideline only, and deliveries may be subject to delays that are out of our control (particularly during busy periods).

 

UK Deliveries

 All UK orders are sent via a tracked express courier service. The estimated delivery timeframe on UK orders is 4-7 working days. We have included customs and duties in our product pricing, so no additional fees should be charged upon delivery to our customers living in the UK.

Exchanges

If you would like to arrange an exchange please email hello@sineadkeary.com before returning your purchase to us. We need to note your request as this is a manual process on our side and advise you on the next steps of the exchange process. 

 

Returns Information

We really hope that you enjoy wearing your new item from Sinead Keary The Label. However, if you wish to return your purchase, you must do so within 14 days from date of receiving purchase. Items purchased more than 14 days ago will not be refunded. You may return an item by Downloading the Returns Form.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original polybag with swing tag affixed. Any evidence of make-up/tan etc. deems the product used and ineligible for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-saleable condition. Please note, that if there is any issue with your product on arrival to you we kindly ask that you notify us of this upon receipt so that we can resolve the issue for you immediately. Please see steps below on how to return your purchase for a refund:

  • Please pack up your item with tags attached in the clear polybag it arrived in.
  • Please download and print the returns form HERE and complete it in full. Failure to do so will mean we will be unable to refund you for your return.
  • Please package up your garment and returns form in either a mailing bag or box - a mailing bag is most cost effective.
  • Please use tracked postage and send your item to Sinead Keary The Label, c/o Autofulfil, Unit B3 Deerpark Industrial Estate, Oranmore, Galway H91 D452, Ireland
  • Alternatively, you can use the DPD returns portal to purchase a pre paid postage label for €5.95 and drop your parcel off at a pick up point. Visit: Dpd Returns and select Sinead Keary Web Returns from the drop down menu and follow the instructions. Your returns form must still be included in the package.

For returns outside of the EU please label your parcel and customs declaration as 'Return IRL Clothing - Nominal Value €0'. Please note, customs is out of our control and if you choose to return your order we cannot refund you duties/taxes.

Please note the package is your responsibility, we recommend using tracked delivery and keeping your proof of postage until your refund is authorized and a notification has been emailed to you confirming this.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and your returns form must be included in the package.

Refunds

Once your return is received it will be inspected in our fulfilment warehouse. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Returns may take 12-14 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

International Returns

For international returns please follow the above procedure but ensure you have labelled your parcel and customs declaration as 'Return IRL Clothing - Nominal Value €0'. Please note, customs is out of our control and if you choose to return your order we cannot refund you duties/taxes.
